3、 Structural features
Both the primary and secondary windings are made of electromagnetic copper wire. The transformer core adopts a core type core, which is made of stacked electrical silicon steel sheets. The iron column adopts a multi-stage stepped circular cross-section, and the iron yoke adopts a rectangular cross-section. Channel steel is used as clamping pieces on both sides of the upper and lower iron yokes, and clamping screws are used to tighten the iron yoke. 4、 Working conditions
1. The altitude high voltage shall not exceed 1000 meters. If it exceeds 1000 meters, the capacity shall be converted according to the standard of power transformers.
2. The temperature of the surrounding medium shall not exceed+40 ℃.
3. The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 85%.
4. There is no strong vibration or severely corrosive gas.
5、 Usage method
1. Before use, users must select appropriate power wires and local grid voltage and transformer nameplates based on the transformer power, and correctly connect the power wires to the input terminals.
2. Connect the output wires to the appropriate output terminals based on the user’s required voltage.
3. The load shall not exceed the data specified on the nameplate.
4. Before turning on the power switch, check that the input and output power lines are connected correctly.
5. This series uses an air switch. If there is no corresponding AC voltage output after the air switch is closed, check whether the input and output wire connections are reliable.
